Approval-invalidation alarm
What changed after someone said yes.
An approval is content plus an approver plus a hash taken at the moment of approval. Invalidation is that hash no longer matching. This surface reports the exceptions — never a feed of everything that happened.
synthetic data · invented county, invented deck, no real names anywhere
The surface defaults to exceptions. The full deck is here when you want it — it is not the report.

The checker
Runs on load, then on its own interval while this page is open. Everything the surface reports comes from a run.
The deck
Edit any section's text in the list above and the hash comparison re-runs as you type. Revert restores the approved snapshot; approve re-stamps it.
Prototype · Corvus proof district (pr-) composed from ../proof-surface/proof.css. Synthetic data throughout. Nothing on this surface claims that anything is correct, sound, or settled — the vocabulary it has is changed since approval, no source recorded, not yet reviewed.
